Waiver

eBikesNC Waiver of Liability

• Acknowledgment of Risks:
  
  I understand that riding eBikes and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or damage to property.

• Assumption of Risk:
  
  I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of eBikesNC or others.

• Release and Waiver:
  
  I hereby release, waive, and discharge eBikesNC, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me while participating in such activity.

• Indemnification:
  
  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless eBikesNC from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in said activities.

This waiver shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
